## Platform Analytics administrator

The dashboard administrator \(sn\_chro\_dashboard.chro\_dashboard\_admin\) is responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining the CHRO Dashboard and its underlying content.

Key duties include:

-   Installing plugins and assigning the admin roles to configuration owners
-   Defining verticals and business questions
-   Selecting and tuning KPIs/KRIs, setting thresholds, and mapping data sources
-   Creating and validating Platform Analytics indicators, breakdowns, and data-collection jobs
-   Managing translations, plugin upgrades, and best-practice templates to ensure consistency

## Business user

The user \(sn\_chro\_dashboard.chro\_dashboard\_user\) role is required to access the dashboard.
