# Activate Process Inefficiency Highlights skill

Activate the Process Inefficiency Highlights skill to be able to use ServiceNow Otto for Process Mining to generate highlights for improvement opportunities.

## Before you begin

Role required: admin

## Procedure

1.  Navigate to **All** > **AI Admin Hub** > **Skills**.

2.  Select **Creator**.

3.  Select **Process Inefficiency Highlights** from the list of AI skills for Creator.

4.  Select **Turn on** for the Process Inefficiency Highlights skill.

    The skill is activated for your instance.
