## ServiceNow Otto for Process Mining plugin

To work with generative AI capabilities, you need ServiceNow Otto for Creator. You can install this application from the [ServiceNow Store](https://store.servicenow.com/sn_appstore_store.do#!/store/home) website.

After ServiceNow Otto for Creator is installed, the plugin \(ServiceNow Otto for Process Mining\) and Generative AI Controller are automatically installed.
