For the detailed procedure of configuring work notes analysis, see [Configure investigative features](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ServiceNow/ServiceNowDocs/australia/markdown/australia/now-intelligence/process-mining/investigative-features.md). There are system properties that determine how work notes analysis work. For information about the system properties, see [Work notes analysis properties](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ServiceNow/ServiceNowDocs/australia/markdown/australia/now-intelligence/process-mining/data-cleanup.md). **Note:** Work notes analysis charges 250 assist credits per request when clustering is applied, regardless of the number of work notes. Loading additional results in a clustered request incurs no extra charges. If clustering is skipped due to fewer work notes, 100 assist credits are charged.
