# Apply a breakdown filter

Filter analyst workbench projects that you create, shared with you or all.

## Before you begin

Role required: sn\_process\_mining\_analyst, sn\_process\_mining\_power\_user, or sn\_process\_mining\_admin

## Procedure

1.  Navigate to **Workspaces** > **Process Mining Workspace**.

2.  Select a project.

3.  Select the **Analyst workbench** tab.

4.  In the **Breakdowns** section, select the filter icon \[Omitted image "filter.png"\] Alt text: breakdown filter.

    The Breakdown filters window is displayed.

5.  Specify the filter, and select **Apply**.
