# Delete a report

Delete Core UI reports that are no longer used.

## Before you begin

Role required: report\_admin, or be the owner of the report

This topic refers to Reporting in the Core UI. ## Procedure

1.  Navigate to **sys\_report.list**.

    On instances upgraded to Australia, Core UI reports are listed in the Platform AnalyticsData Visualizations library with the UI version Core. [Delete a visualization in the Visualization Designer](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ServiceNow/ServiceNowDocs/australia/markdown/australia/now-intelligence/delete-visualization-vd.md)

2.  Select the report to delete.

3.  On the report's form, select **View Report**.

4.  When the report opens, select the **Delete** icon \(\[Omitted image "Form\_DeleteIcon.png"\] Alt text: Delete icon\).

5.  Confirm that you want to delete the report.


## Result

The selected report is removed, and is no longer available to share, publish, or view.

## Delete multiple reports

Delete multiple Core UI reports that are no longer used.

### Before you begin

Role required: report\_admin

### Procedure

1.  Navigate to **Platform Analytics** > **Library** > **Data visualizations**.

2.  Select the boxes next to the Core UI reports that you want to delete.

3.  Select **Delete**.

4.  Confirm that you want to delete the reports.

    This action is not reversible.


### Result

The selected reports are removed, and are no longer available to share, publish, or view.
