Create projects to define the activities you want to analyze, the workstation users you want to track, and the period over which to collect data. The Projects overview page is your home page, which presents details of the dates and statuses of your projects. Selecting a project opens the Project details page on which you can see project details and manage project settings. For more information, see [Defining the scope of Task Mining projects](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ServiceNow/ServiceNowDocs/australia/markdown/australia/now-intelligence/task-mining/managing-projects.md). \[Omitted image "task-mining-projects-page.png"\] Alt text: Screenshot showing a Project details page in Task Mining. ## Data page You access the Data page by selecting the Data icon \[Omitted image "task-mining-data-icon.png"\]. Access data requests to confirm approvals are completed, manage categorization groups to organize activities, and review workstation user information from the Data page. For more information about managing data requests, see [Follow data request progress](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ServiceNow/ServiceNowDocs/australia/markdown/australia/now-intelligence/task-mining/manage-data-log-requests.md). \[Omitted image "task-mining-data-page.png"\] Alt text: Screenshot showing the Data page in Task Mining. ## Application categorization page You access the Application categorization page by selecting the Application categorization icon \[Omitted image "task-mining-categorization-icon.png"\]. Create rules from the Application categorization page to organize your data by grouping similar workstation activities with user-friendly names. For more information, see [Categorize workstation activities to simplify analysis](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ServiceNow/ServiceNowDocs/australia/markdown/australia/now-intelligence/task-mining/define-default-categorization-rules.md). \[Omitted image "task-mining-categorization-page.png"\] Alt text: Screenshot showing the Application categorization page in Task Mining. ## Configuration page You access the Configuration page by selecting the Configuration icon\[Omitted image "task-mining-configuration-icon.png"\]. Configure system setting and create event filters on the Configuration page. The list is divided into event filters and configuration records. From the Event Filters list, you can prevent the Task Mining agent from collecting application details by replacing application details that match event filters. From the Configuration list, you can modify system-level Task Mining agent records, anonymize personally identifiable information, adjust notifications to workstation users, and modify retention rules. For more information, see [Configuring Task Mining](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ServiceNow/ServiceNowDocs/australia/markdown/australia/now-intelligence/task-mining/configuring-task-mining.md). \[Omitted image "task-mining-system-page.png"\] Alt text: Screenshot showing the Configuration page in Task Mining.
