# Configuring the Employee Center for OT

Configure the Employee Center for Operational Technology \(OT\) so that you and other users can access the options available in the portal.

## Configuration overview

1.  To access the Industrial services page, assign the **cmdb\_ot\_viewer** role.

    Users must be assigned the **cmdb\_ot\_viewer** role to access the **Industrial services** tab of the Employee Center and successfully submit a request.

2.  Install and configure the Operational Technology Incident Management.

    Install and configure the Operational Technology Incident Management application needed to use the **Report an incident** request.

3.  Add more connected content to the Employee Center for OT.

    You can optionally add content to the Industrial services topic page as needed for your organization.
