Assign the Industrial Workspace role to your users so that you can control their access to the workspace's features, capabilities, and data.

Users with the role that are listed in the following table can access the Guided Setup for the OT Action-Oriented Landing Page and the OT Progress Scorecard.

|Role|Description|
|----|-----------|
|Configure Industrial Workspace \[configure\_industrial\_workspace\]|Can access the Industrial Workspace and the Guided Setup for the OT Action-Oriented Landing Page and the OT Progress Scorecard.|

## Procedure

1.  Assign roles to users and groups by using the ServiceNow AI Platform user administration feature.
