# Configure Partner Relationship Management

Install the PRM \(com.snc.partner\_relationship\_management\) application from ServiceNow® Store to enable enterprises to hire partners and improve their sales cycles.

Admins and users with various roles, such as Enterprise partner admin \(sn\_prm.enterprise\_partner\_admin\), Enterprise partner agent \(sn\_prm.enterprise\_partner\_agent\), and more must complete the following configuration tasks to set up the Partner Relationship Management application.
