# Consolidate quotes

Consolidate renewal quotes to merge multiple quotes for the same account into a single unified quote.

## Before you begin

The admin needs to configure the Quotes related list on the Account Details page.

Role required: sn\_customerservice\_manager and sn\_sales\_common.sales\_agent.

## Procedure

1.  Navigate to **All** > **CSM/FSM Configurable Workspace.**.

2.  In the List view, navigate to **Accounts** and select the required account.

3.  On the Account Details page navigate to **More** > **Quotes**.

4.  On the **Quotes** related list, select the quotes that you want to consolidate.

5.  Select **Consolidate**.

6.  In the Quote Consolidation dialog box that appears, select the target quote from the **Select a target quote** list.

7.  Select **Proceed**.

    The selected quotes are merged into the target quote. A confirmation message appears with a link to the consolidated quote. The target quote displays a **Consolidation History** related list that shows all source quotes that were merged into it.
