# Enable the Business Portal

Admins can enable the Business Portal \(sn\_b2b\_portal\) so customers can browse products and create orders.

## Before you begin

The application scope must be set to Business Portal. You can change the application scope using the application picker \[Omitted image "globe-outline-24.svg"\] Alt text: in the Unified Navigation bar.

Role required: admin

## About this task

To set up the Business Portal and Sales Customer Relationship Management self-service enhancements, first install the Business Portal plugins, which are available in the app store.

## Procedure

1.  Navigate to **All** > **Service Portal** > **Portals**.

2.  Select **Business Portal**.

3.  Clear the **Inactive** box.

4.  Select **Save**.

    The Business Portal is enabled.
