# Partner Workspace

Partner admins, agents, and managers can manage partner programs and partnerships on the partner workspace to triage cases and requests from customers.

## Overview of the workspace

Use the CRM Workspace to enable Enterprise Partner admin \(sn\_prm.enterprise\_partner\_admin\) and Enterprise Partner Manager \(sn\_prm.enterprise\_partner\_rel\_manager\) to access tools required to address customer questions and resolve customer queries.

You can perform the following actions using the workspace.
