# Resolve order fallouts

Learn how to close the order fallout tasks in Order Management so that you can progress with order fulfillment.

## Before you begin

Role required: sn\_fallout\_mgmt.fallout\_manager, sn\_fallout\_mgmt.fallout\_agent

## Procedure

1.  Navigate to  **Workspaces** > **CSM/FSM Configurable Workspace** .

2.  Select the List icon \[Omitted image "list-outline-24.svg"\] Alt text:.

3.  Navigate to **Fallouts** > **All**.

    To view only those fallout records that are assigned to you, select **My Fallouts**.

4.  Select the fallout record you want to view.

    For information about field descriptions, see the Fallout workspace fields section in [Fallout form fields](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ServiceNow/ServiceNowDocs/australia/markdown/australia/order-management/fields-create-fallout-form.md).

5.  Enter a work note to as you work with the fallout task.

6.  Close the fallout task by selecting **Closed complete** from the **State** drop-down menu.

7.  Select **Save**.
