# Managing request for quotes \(RFQs\) using Business Portal

Request quotes for products or services you're interested in via the Business Portal. Specify budget and pricing preferences, and submit quote requests without engaging a sales agent. Simplify the RFQ life cycle from submission and internal review to quote generation and customer acceptance, ensuring faster turnaround times and improved transparency.

Customers can browse the product catalog, configure and add products to the sales cart, and submit a request for quote. The agents review the RFQs in the CRM Workspace, approve, and convert them into quotes. You can then view quotes from the Business Portal.
