The Sales Common for Channel Partners plugin \(com.snc.partner\_relationship\_management\_sales\_common\) application uses roles to provide access to information, identify internal and external users, and maintain data security.

The PRM plugin \(com.snc.partner\_relationship\_management\) comes with a set of functional and granular roles, each with varying levels of access.

|sn\_prm\_sales\_partner\_b2b\_sales\_rep|This role is assigned to external channel partner organizational staff to manage the entire sales lead to cash life cycle for B2B customers.| |
|sn\_prm\_sales\_partner\_b2c\_sales\_rep|This role is assigned to external channel partner organizational staff to manage the entire sales lead to cash life cycle for B2C customers.| |
|sn\_prm\_sales\_partner\_sales\_manager|This role is assigned to external channel partner organizational staff to manage the entire sales lead to cash life cycle for B2B and B2C customers.| |
|sn\_prm\_sales\_partner\_sales\_relationship\_manager|This role is assigned to enterprise personnel to manage the entire sales lead to cash life cycle for the hierarchy of their channel partners.| |
