# Use extension points in product eligibility

Use extension points to call custom scripts from external sources that control product eligibility logic used in the Sales Customer Relationship Management \(Sales CRM\) applications.

To access the available extension points, navigate to **All** > **Scripted Extension Points** and in the Extension Points list, select the desired extension point to view it.

|sn\_prd\_pm.EligibilityRulesExtensionPoint|Extension point for defining eligibility methods for product catalogs, categories, and offerings.|
