# View requests for quotes \(RFQs\) on the Business Portal

Access, review, and track all your submitted quote requests directly from the Business Portal without having to contact a sales agent.

## Before you begin

Role required: sn\_customerservice.customer

## Procedure

1.  Log in to the Business Portal.

2.  Navigate to **Requests** > **View submitted requests** > **View request for quotes**.

3.  Select an RFQ record to view its details.

4.  View the pricing information, product offering, quantity ordered, and other details by selecting the **Request for quote lines** tab.

5.  View the order instructions, billing, and shipping details by selecting the **Other information** tab.

6.  Check the status of your quote request in the **State** field in the RFQ header section.

7.  If the agent has converted the RFQ to a quote, a **View quote** button is available for you to view the quote details.
