For example, a Customer Support manager can organize a list of incidents in the order in which a technician should work on the tasks. Creating such an arbitrary list with a list filter is not possible. - **[Activate context ranking](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ServiceNow/ServiceNowDocs/australia/markdown/australia/platform-administration/list-administration/t_ActivateContextRankingPlugin.md)** If you have the admin role, you can activate the Context Ranking plugin \(com.glide.sorting\). This plugin activates related plugins if they are not already active. - **[Create a ranking definition](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ServiceNow/ServiceNowDocs/australia/markdown/australia/platform-administration/list-administration/t_CreatingARankingDefinition.md)** Enable context ranking for a related list by creating a ranking definition. - **[Rank a list](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ServiceNow/ServiceNowDocs/australia/markdown/australia/platform-administration/list-administration/t_RankingAList.md)** After you create a ranking definition for a table, related lists based on that table and context include options for ranking the list and displaying the list by rank. - **[Scrum ranking definitions](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ServiceNow/ServiceNowDocs/australia/markdown/australia/platform-administration/list-administration/r_ScrumRankingDefinitions.md)** Ranking definitions for user stories are part of the SDLC \(scrum process\) application. **Parent Topic:**[ServiceNow AI Platform forms, fields, and lists](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ServiceNow/ServiceNowDocs/australia/markdown/australia/platform-administration/now-platform-forms-fields-lists.md)
