# AI Search Admin console Shared Configurations page

This page is where you view and manage all configurations shared by AI Search and other applications.

3. Shared Configurations

All Shared Configurations tables use the same controls to manage their entries.

|-----|-----------|
|Refresh list \[Omitted image "refresh-list-icon.png"\] Alt text: Refresh list icon.|Button to refresh list of table entries.|
|List Actions \[Omitted image "list-actions-icon.png"\] Alt text: List actions icon.|Button to open list actions. Select **Edit columns** to add or remove columns from the table. Select **Reset widths** if you have adjusted any column widths.|
|Show/Hide Filter panel \[Omitted image "filter-panel-icon.png"\] Alt text: Filter panel icon.|Button to open filter conditions panel. Select the clear input icon \[Omitted image "icon-clear-input.png"\] Alt text: Clear input icon. next to any defined conditions to remove them. Select **Restore defaults** to reset default filters, or **Advanced view** to define filter conditions.
