With the Guided Tour Designer, you can effortlessly create guided tours. The primary steps are as follows:

-   **Define scope**

    Begin by accessing the Guided Tour Designer. Specify the tour's name, type \(for example, Workspace, Service Portal\), starting page, and the relevant user roles.

-   **Add steps**

    Use the drag-and-drop interface to incorporate callouts, instructions, and triggers for specific page elements.

-   **Test and refine**

    Test the tour during development to identify and implement necessary changes for an effective user experience.

-   **Publish the tour**

    After the tour is finalized, publish it.
