# Configure avatars for Activity stream tiles

Configure Activity stream tiles to display avatars by using the **glide.activity.show\_tile\_icons** system property.

## Before you begin

Role required: admin

## Procedure

1.  Navigate to `sys_properties.list`.

2.  Add the **glide.activity.show\_tile\_icons** system property.

    For more information on adding system property, see Add a system property.

3.  Set the Value to **true**.

4.  Select **Submit**.
