# Enable voice input for the ServiceNow Otto panel

Learn more about the Enable voice input for the ServiceNow Otto® panel accessibility preference.

**Note:** Voice input is automatically activated when the ServiceNow Otto® panel is activated. As of the Zurich Patch 4 release, voice input is configured in the [Additional chat features](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ServiceNow/ServiceNowDocs/australia/markdown/conversational-interfaces/additional-chat-features.md) and not with this option.

The purpose of this preference is to provide an alternative input method.

**Note:** This preference appears only if your system administrator has enabled ServiceNow Otto® voice input for your instance. For more information, see .
