# Hide journal fields

Hide journal fields for forms so that work notes and comments only appear in the Activity stream.

## Before you begin

Role required: form\_admin

## Procedure

1.  Navigate to **All** > **Now Experience Framework** > **Configuration Settings** > **UX View Rules Configurations**.

2.  From the UX View Rules Configurations list, select a workspace.

    The UX View Rules Configuration record for the workspace opens.

3.  From the Workspace View Rules related list, select a record type.

    The View Rule record for the record type opens.

4.  Select the **Form Settings** tab.

5.  Select **Hide Journal Input Fields**.

6.  Select **Update**.
