# Use the Personalize Form menu

Use the Personalize Form menu to add or remove fields from your view.

## Before you begin

Role required: workspace\_user

## Procedure

1.  Open a record in your instance.

2.  From the form header, select the Additional actions icon \(\[Omitted image "menu-icon.png"\] Alt text: Menu icon.\) or right-click the form header.

    The More form options list opens.

3.  Select **Personalize Form**.

    The Personalize Form dialog box opens.

4.  Select fields you want to view and deselect fields you don't want to view.

5.  Select **Update Form**.
