# View a Visual Task Board in a list

You can view a Visual Task Board in the list view using the board information option.

## Before you begin

Role required: none

## Procedure

1.  Open a task board.

2.  From the task board tools, click the board information icon \(\[Omitted image "BoardInfoIcon.png"\] Alt text: Board information icon\).

3.  Click **View List** at the bottom of the information panel.

    The cards from the board open in the list view.

    **Note:** The freeform board list view only shows cards made by the board and no other tasks that might be added manually.
