The ServiceNow® Goal Framework application enables your business to create goals, set targets for them, and evaluate the progress of the goals and targets to accomplish your organizational plans and drive business outcomes. Goal Framework was enhanced and updated in the Australia release.

## Activation and other requirements

**Important:** Goal Framework is available in the ServiceNow Store. For details, see the Activation information section of these release notes.

    Install Goal Framework by requesting it from the ServiceNow Store. ### What's changed

    The **Cancelled** option has been added to the **State** field in both the [Goal](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ServiceNow/ServiceNowDocs/australia/markdown/it-business-management/goal-form.md) and [Target](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ServiceNow/ServiceNowDocs/australia/markdown/it-business-management/target-form.md) forms, enabling you to set their status to **Cancelled** when needed.

    The **Status** field has been added to the Strategic Priority form, enabling you to set the status of a strategic priority as **None**, **Green**, **Yellow**, or **Red**.
