# Track an In-store operations task on Retail mobile app

Monitor the progress of an In-store operations task on Retail mobile app.

## Before you begin

Role required: sn\_rtl\_instore\_ops.manager

## Procedure

1.  On the Retail mobile app, select **My Store** > **All cases** from the menu bar.

2.  Select an In-store operations case to monitor.

3.  Navigate to the **Tasks** related list.

4.  Review the list of tasks created for that store.

5.  Select a task to open the **Details** view and take action as needed.
