# Complete a store audit

As an Auditor, open your assigned Store Audit Case in CSM/FSM Workspace, record observations, complete each Audit Task, then close the Store Audit Case.

## Before you begin

-   A Store Audit Case is assigned to you.
-   Role required: `sn_rtl_store_audit.auditor` or `sn_rtl_store_audit.location_auditor`

## About this task

HQ Auditors fulfil exclusively via CSM/FSM Workspace. Location Auditors can also use Retail Mobile. Close each Audit Task before closing the parent Store Audit Case.

## Procedure

1.  Log in to CSM/FSM Workspace and open your assigned Store Audit Case.

2.  On the **Audit tasks** tab, open each Audit Task, add your observations in **Work notes**, complete the questionnaire if one is present, then click **Close Complete** and confirm.

    The **Close Complete** button is hidden until any mandatory questionnaire is complete.

3.  Add your case-level observations in the **Work notes** field.

4.  Once every Audit Task is Closed Complete, return to the Store Audit Case, add observations on the case.

5.  Click **Close** and click **Save**.


## Result

All Audit Tasks are Closed Complete, observations are recorded in the activity stream, and the Store Audit Case is Closed.
