# Use an assessment questionnaire

Post creation of the assessment questionnaire, you can use these questionnaires for testing purpose.

## Before you begin

Role required: sn\_vul.app\_pen\_tester

## Procedure

1.  Navigate to **Penetration testing request** form.

2.  Follow the guidelines mentioned on the form.

3.  Select a **Penetration testing request**.

4.  Navigate to the **Assessment tab**.

5.  Open the tab, respond to the questionnaire and **Submit**.

    **Note:** The persona assigned to the Penetration testing request can submit it.
