The aggregated reports framework improves the performance by: - using lesser resources and rendering reports faster, - aggregating the data and reusing aggregations and breakdowns \(Group By\) and - reducing the queries to the database When you have more than one million application vulnerable items \(AVITs\), use the aggregated reports framework alongside the standard reports. ## Required roles The following roles and tasks are associated with this solution: - ServiceNow AI Platform administrator \(admin\): Install and activate this Platform Analytics Solution and make any necessary changes to system properties. - Performance Analytics administrator \(pa\_admin\): Review the aggregations, widgets, and dashboards.
