# Install Microsoft Exchange Online application

Before you run the integration on your instance, install the Microsoft Exchange Online application for the integration from the ServiceNow Store.

## Before you begin

Before you install the application from the ServiceNow Store on your ServiceNow AI Platform instance, complete all the tasks listed in the prerequisite checklists.

Role required: admin

## Procedure

1.  If you have not installed the application for the integration, see [Install a Security Operations integration](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ServiceNow/ServiceNowDocs/australia/markdown/australia/security-management/install-non-core-apps.md) and follow the steps to install it.

2.  After you’ve installed the application from the ServiceNow Store, configure it to connect to your ServiceNow AI Platform instance.
