# Integrate MSIM Conference Calls with Microsoft Teams

The Conference Call Microsoft Teams integration enables you to manage and initiate a Microsoft Teams conference call directly from a major security incident.

## Key Features

-   Start and end Microsoft Teams conference calls directly from major security incidents or a task from the major security workbench.
-   Manage a Microsoft Teams conference call by adding or removing participants.

## Prerequisites

Verify you’ve installed the following Integration Hub plugins on your ServiceNow instance.

-   Notify plugin \(com.snc.notify\)
-   Microsoft Teams Communications spoke plugin \(sn\_msteams\_com\_spk\).
-   Azure Active Directory User Mapping plugin \(sn\_now\_azure\).
-   Notify UI Components for Configurable Workspaces
