With Major Security Incident Management conference calls integration, you can collaborate with your customers and peer agents to resolve customer issues using the video and screen sharing options in Microsoft Teams, Cisco Webex, or Zoom from the MSIM application.

The Major Security Incident Management Conference Call integration enables you to integrate the conference communication channel with the Notify communication channel by managing and initiating a Microsoft Teams, Cisco Webex, or Zoom meeting directly from the Major Security Incident Management application.

As an MSI Manager, you can use the MSIM Conference Call integration to initiate Microsoft Teams, Cisco Webex or Zoom meetings. Integrate the Major Security Incident Management Conference Call with the third-party service providers as a communication channel to meet with the stakeholders to resolve the major security incidents.

## Key Features

The Major Security Incident Management Conference Call integration provides the following key features:

-   MSI Managers can initiate a Microsoft Teams, Cisco Webex, or Zoom conference call directly from the major security incident.
-   Invite additional participants to the call.
-   View call recordings and chat details.
-   Sends invites to participants through emails and Microsoft Teams chat.

Start a conference call from a task or a major security by inviting one or more users to join a conference call. The conference call would start only when at least two participants join.

Add participants to a conference call using the search option on the **Start conference call** pop-up to find and add the required participants.
