# Customize the ServiceNow Otto for Threat Intelligence Security Center \(TISC\) skills

Customize the ServiceNow Otto for Threat Intelligence Security Center \(TISC\) skills to suit your requirements.

## Before you begin

Roles required: admin

## Procedure

1.  Navigate to **Admin** > **AI Admin Hub** > **AI Skills**.

2.  Under **Technology**, select **Security Operations**.

3.  In **All features**, select **Threat Intelligence Security Center**.

    The following ServiceNow Otto for Threat Intelligence Security Center \(TISC\) skills are displayed:

    -   TISC Case Summarization
    -   TISC Report Authoring
4.  For the skill you want to customize, select **\[Omitted image "cj-sir-flow-more-icon.png"\] Alt text: More actions icon.** > **Make a copy**.

    The guided setup is displayed. Configure the sections and select **Save and continue** to proceed.

    **Note:**

    The configurable sections can be different for individual skills. Follow the prompts to customize the editable sections.

5.  In **General details**, enter a unique name and description for the skill.

6.  In **Choose input**, modify the editable fields in the template, and select **Save template**.

    You can configure only the editable base input table fields and their descriptions. Select from the related tables supported on the lists for your input data.

7.  In **Customize prompt**, edit the prompt by reordering or removing the predefined sections.

    Review and test the prompt on a threat intelligence record for each input template configuration.

8.  In **Define access**, define the user access and role restrictions.

9.  In **Select display**, toggle to display the skill in all Security Operations products and the Now Assist panel.

10. In **Review and Activate**, review your skill and consider additional modifications.

11. Select **Activate**.

    Your skill is displayed in the available Threat Intelligence Security Center skills section.
