# Viewing my approvals

Use this section to review and approve the import job records.

## Before you begin

Role required: sn\_sec\_tisc.analyst

## Procedure

1.  Navigate to **Workspaces** > **Threat Intelligence Security Center** > **Imports**.

2.  Select **Data Imports** > **My Approvals**

    This page displays all the import records that are awaiting approval by the logged in user.

3.  Open any record to approve or reject the import record.

4.  Click **Approve** to approve the import job record.

    The **Approve Import** dialogue box is displayed and a confirmation message is displayed whether to approve the select imports.

    **Note:** An email notification is sent to the respective user\(s\) that the import job that was in process is now approved. 5.  Select **Approve** from the dialogue box.

    An email notification is sent to the user who created the import job and the import job that was in process is now approved.

6.  Click **Reject** to reject a record.

    **Note:**

    -   You can review and resubmit the rejected import job. Make sure to add comments for rejection.
    -   An email notification is sent to the user who created the import job import job when the import job that was in process is rejected.
    -   An email notification is sent to the approvers requesting for the approval.
