This enables the entire subsystem to run in the background, and it allows better utilization of system resources when they’re available. ## Before you begin Role required: admin ## Procedure 1. Navigate to **All** > **Background Job Configuration – Vulnerability Response Common-Aggregation Result Calculator**. 2. Define the number of aggregations that you want to execute simultaneously in the **Max concurrent threads** filed and select **Save**. By default, four aggregations are executed simultaneously. 3. Navigate to the Background Job Processor Pools list, **sn\_sec\_cmn\_background\_job\_processor\_pool.list**, and select **New** to create a background job processor for Aggregated Reports Framework. For more information on how to create a background job processor pool, see [Advanced parallel processing for background jobs in Vulnerability Response](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ServiceNow/ServiceNowDocs/australia/markdown/australia/security-management/vulnerability-response/vr-adv-config-bkgrd-fmwrk.md). **Note:** The number of background job processors must be equal to the number of maximum concurrent threads provided in the **Background Job Configuration – Vulnerability Response Common-Aggregation Result Calculator** form.
