Navigate to **All** > **Reports** > **Create New**. 2. In the **Data** tab, fill in the fields. |Field|Description| |-----|-----------| |Report name|Name of the report.| |Source type|Type of the source from which data is fetched. Select **Table**.| |Table|Name of the table for which the aggregation is created. Select the aggregated results table **Aggregated Result \[sn\_vul\_cmn\_aggregate\_result\]**.| 3. In the condition builder, set the condition for your aggregation for which you want to generate a report. |Part|Description| |----|-----------| |Field|Select **Aggregation**.| |Operator|Select **is**.| |Value|Name of the aggregation.| 4. In the **Data** tab, select **Next**. 5. In the **Types** tab, select how you want to visualize the data and select **Next**. For more information on the report types, see [Creating Reports](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ServiceNow/ServiceNowDocs/australia/markdown/now-intelligence/report-types-creation-details-rd.md). The supported visualizations are bar chart, pie chart, and heatmap. You can modify the line graphs and other trends visualizations to make use of the supported visualizations with aggregated result to represent the same data. List view is not supported. 6. In the **Configure** tab, fill in the fields.
Field Description
Group by Groups the data by the field selected. Here, select the field that you chose in the **Grouped by 1** field in the [https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ServiceNow/ServiceNowDocs/australia/markdown/australia/security-management/vulnerability-response/configure-indicator-for-source-data.md](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ServiceNow/ServiceNowDocs/australia/markdown/australia/security-management/vulnerability-response/configure-indicator-for-source-data.md) tab of the aggregation.
Stack by Organizes data in layers based on the field selected. Here, select the field that you chose in the **Grouped by 2** field in the [https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ServiceNow/ServiceNowDocs/australia/markdown/australia/security-management/vulnerability-response/configure-indicator-for-source-data.md](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ServiceNow/ServiceNowDocs/australia/markdown/australia/security-management/vulnerability-response/configure-indicator-for-source-data.md) tab of the aggregation. **Note:** Only bar and horizontal bar reports use stacked data. Other report types allow only grouping.
Aggregation Apply **Minimum** or **Maximum** function on **Value**.
7. In the **Style** tab, fill in the fields as appropriate and select **Run**. For more information about the fields in **Configure** and **Style** tabs, see the [Creating a report](https://players.brightcove.net/6274575390001/nUx4EKfUz_default/index.html?videoId=6311434344112) video. 8. In the condition builder, set the condition for your aggregation for which you want to generate a report and select **Run**. The report displays. 9. To sort the values on the X-axis, select **Add sort**. 1. For strings, provide the condition as **Grouped by > a-z or z-a** to sort the strings in an alphabetical order. 2. For integer and date data type values, provide the condition as **Grouped by.sort > a-z or z-a** to sort the values in ascending and descending order respectively. \[Omitted image "vr-common-report-sort.png"\] Alt text: Sorting integers on X-axis 3. Select **Run**. The integer and date values get sorted on the X-axis. \[Omitted image "vr-common-report-using-aggregation.png"\] Alt text: Report for Aggregation 10. Select **Save** to save your report. The report that is generated for an aggregation displays in the **Results** tab of the respective **Aggregation** form. 11. Add your report to a dashboard. For more information on how to add a report to a dashboard, see [Add a report to a responsive dashboard](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ServiceNow/ServiceNowDocs/australia/markdown/now-intelligence/add-report-to-dashboard.md). The **Vulnerability Management\[Aggregated\]** dashboard consisting of reports created using the cached reporting framework is shipped with the base system. To view this dashboard, navigate to **All** > **Performance Analytics** > **Dashboards** > **All** > **Vulnerability Management\[Aggregated\]**. The active aggregations corresponding to the reports in this dashboard are shipped with the base system. 12. Share your report with other users. For more information on how to share reports, see [Distribute reports](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ServiceNow/ServiceNowDocs/australia/markdown/now-intelligence/c_DistributeReports.md). **Related topics** [Configure an aggregation for source data](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ServiceNow/ServiceNowDocs/australia/markdown/australia/security-management/vulnerability-response/configure-indicator-for-source-data.md) [Aggregated reports framework](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ServiceNow/ServiceNowDocs/australia/markdown/australia/security-management/vulnerability-response/vulnerability-response-common-content-pack.md) [Run multiple aggregations simultaneously](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ServiceNow/ServiceNowDocs/australia/markdown/australia/security-management/vulnerability-response/run-multiple-aggregations.md) [Configure the number of aggregations that can run simultaneously](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ServiceNow/ServiceNowDocs/australia/markdown/australia/security-management/vulnerability-response/create-config-arf-processor.md)
