# Set up for the Rapid7 InsightVM Integration

The Rapid7 InsightVM Integration is one of the integration types that is included with the Rapid7 Vulnerability Integration Rapid7 Vulnerability Integration.

## Before you begin

Before you run the Rapid7 InsightVM integration, complete the following set up tasks.

Role required: The system administrator \[admin\] downloads and installs the app. The sn\_vul.vulnerability\_admin or sn\_vul.admin oversees configuration and verifies expected results.

## Procedure

1.  For the Rapid7 InsightVM Integration type, have your region and API key ready.

    Contact Rapid7 to obtain the appropriate region and API key.
