It is supported for the HCL BigFix and Microsoft SCCM patch orchestration integrations. When you create the Change Request, you can select **Automatic patch deployment** to automatically deploy the patches when the Change Request reaches the **Implement** state. If you leave this option cleared, only the Change Request is created with the patch deployment details. Deploy the patches manually after the change is approved. Role required: sn\_vul\_patch\_orch.configure\_patch ## Procedure 1. Open the remediation task record assigned to you or your group. 2. Select **Create Change** > **Create change & schedule patch**. 3. Select the patches to deploy, and then select **Next**. 4. Select the asset groups or assets to deploy the patches to, and then select **Next**. 5. On the **Schedule & create change** step, complete the Change Request fields. Some fields, such as **Short description**, are prepopulated from the remediation task. You can update them or add more information. 6. Complete the patch deployment fields, including **Deployment name**, **Start time**, and **End time**. 7. Select **Automatic patch deployment** to deploy the patches automatically when the Change Request reaches the **Implement** state. 8. Select **Submit**. ## Result The Change Request is created with the patch deployment details. If you selected **Automatic patch deployment**, the patch deployment is also scheduled when the Change Request reaches the **Implement** state.
