# Manage your team's API data in API Insights

Improve the operational efficiency of the API ecosystem within your organization by creating a relationship for APIs missing key attributes such as business context also called as business application ownership groups, product models, or designs.

## Before you begin

Role required: sn\_api\_insights\_ws.api\_mgmt\_architect

## Procedure

1.  Navigate to **Workspaces** > **API Insights** > **Overview**.

2.  In the Your team's APIs section, select a category based on the API's life cycle stage.

    -   To view all the APIs managed by your team, select **All APIs**.
    -   To view the APIs managed by your team that are currently in the design phase, select **In design**.
    -   To view the APIs managed by your team that are active and in use, select **Operational**.
    -   To view the APIs managed by your team that have reached the end of their life cycle, select **End of Life**.
3.  From the **Name** column, select an API to view more details of the API.

4.  Select **Request access** to gain access to the API.
