# Review failed certification tasks

Review records \(and CIs\) that failed the certification review and are assigned to you. Those exceptions appear in a list that is dynamically updated as certification tasks are being reviewed.

## Before you begin

Role required: sn\_cmdb\_admin

## Procedure

1.  Navigate to **Workspaces** > **CMDB Workspace** > **Tasks**.

2.  Select a drop-down to expand a task to show the records and fields that failed the certification review.

3.  Select the Certification Document Id of the field that you want to update.

    The Element column shows the fields that failed the review. The Certification Document Id column contains links to the respective records.

4.  Review the details of fields that require updating.
