# Review the digitally signed document

Review the digitally signed PDF document to either approve or reject it.

## Before you begin

Role required: none

## Procedure

1.  Navigate to your Document Tasks through either the Employee Center or through My Document Tasks.

    -   To navigate through the Employee Center, navigate to **All** > **Self-Service** > **Employee Center**.
    -   To navigate through My Document Tasks, navigate to**Self-Service** > **My Document Tasks**.
2.  Select the document template task assigned to you and review the document.

3.  To approve or reject the document, do one of the following.

    -   To approve the document, select **Approve**.
    -   To reject the document, select **Reject** and provide a reason for the rejection.
