Learn about the roles needed to configure and manage the Entity View Action Mapper \(EVAM\).

|Role|Description|
|----|-----------|
|admin or evam\_admin|Grants full administrative rights, including the ability to configure and manage all aspects of the ServiceNow platform, such as creating data sources, configuring EVAM bundles, and defining view templates.|
|itil|Provides access to IT Service Management features, allowing users to interact with incidents, changes, and other ITSM records, which may be relevant when associating EVAM configurations with ITSM data.|
