# Request bulk translations for multiple knowledge articles

Request translations for multiple knowledge articles through Bulk Translations to localize them into one or more languages.

## Before you begin

[Add a custom Localization Framework setting to enable bulk translations](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ServiceNow/ServiceNowDocs/australia/markdown/australia/servicenow-platform/knowledge-management/conf-lf-settings-manual-translations.md).

Role required: Localization requester to request translations

## Procedure

1.  Navigate to **All** > **Knowledge** > **Articles**.

2.  Select the articles you want to translate.

3.  Select **Request Translations**.

    **Note:** . Check the validation list to ensure that all articles to be translated have been validated. For more information, see [Bulk Translation for knowledge articles](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ServiceNow/ServiceNowDocs/australia/markdown/australia/servicenow-platform/knowledge-management/bulk-translation.md).

4.  In the **Request Translations** dialog box, select the languages into which you want to translate the articles.

5.  Select **Submit**.


## Result

Localization tasks are created for the selected items in all the selected languages. A success message with a link to the list of requested items is displayed. Select the link to see the list of requested items.
