# Managing HTML content in knowledge articles

You can manage HTML content in knowledge articles by using the HTML editor.

You can perform the following functions for HTML content in knowledge articles:

-   Insert a hyperlink by using the insert/edit link icon available on the HTML toolbar. For more information, see [Link to a website in HTML fields](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ServiceNow/ServiceNowDocs/australia/markdown/platform-administration/t_LinkingToAWebsiteInHTMLFields.md).
-   Insert an image by using the insert/edit image icon available on the HTML toolbar. For more information, see [Embed images in HTML fields](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ServiceNow/ServiceNowDocs/australia/markdown/platform-administration/t_EmbeddingImagesInHTMLFields.md).
-   Embed a video from the video library, an attachment, or URL by using the insert/edit video icon available on the HTML toolbar. You can also add videos to the video library.
