It is replaced by the Knowledge Management Service Portal \(com.snc.knowledge\_serviceportal\), which is active by default for customers on Madrid and later releases. For more information about the new experience, see [Knowledge Management Service Portal homepage features](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ServiceNow/ServiceNowDocs/australia/markdown/australia/servicenow-platform/knowledge-management/knowledge-service-portal-pages.md). ## Procedure 1. Navigate to **All** > **Knowledge** > **Homepage**. 2. Click **Subscribe** at the top of the knowledge article. The system shows an information message about the article subscription and the button toggles to **Subscribed**. If the email notification contains an article link, the link points to the Knowledge Management Service Portal. The email notification for a subscribed article includes the knowledge article ID, short description, and link to the article. **Parent Topic:**[Use knowledge subscriptions](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ServiceNow/ServiceNowDocs/australia/markdown/australia/servicenow-platform/knowledge-management/use-knowledge-subscriptions.md)
