</table>## Instance Data Replication \(IDR\)

Keep your records consistent across any instances or organizations in your business. Instance Data Replication lets you transfer data from one producer instance to one or more consumer instances. Bidirectional \(consumer-to-producer\) replication is available with IDR, along with specific data table selection, localization or translation, and other options.

## MetricBase

Make large data easier to handle with MetricBase. This app summarizes information from larger data sources, and provides time-based records, analytics, and timed or event-based actions. Create graphs of data over time with Reporting to analyze system trends or incidents, or use Workflow Studio to trigger automated data flows.

## MID Server

Communicate and share data with external servers, databases, and applications. The Java-based Management, Instrumentation, and Discovery \(MID\) Server handles various communications from your instance to third-party systems. Maintain optimum performance with automated upgrades, active server monitoring, and a full troubleshooting knowledge base—all included in the MID Server package.

## Financial Services Remote Tables

Bring external data into your instance and process it to your specifications with Financial Services Remote Tables. Retrieve data from third-party servers or other ServiceNow AI Platform instances, with options for caching in local memory. View external data without storage, or use script definitions to set up instance cache parameters.

## Entity View Action Mapper \(EVAM\)

Get a standard view of all the data that you work with, using Entity View Action Mapping. The EVAM application enables you to bring multiple data sources together into one view, create templates to map data to UX components, write scripts for triggers based on user interaction, and more.
