The ServiceNow AI Platform gives you access to homepages, knowledge articles, and catalogs, along with handling incidents and surveys. Go even farther with Service Delegation, and select other users to work with your approvals, tasks, and communications.

Give tailored support to your business infrastructure with Service Administration. Use Assessments and Surveys to collect data from recipients or assess data from tables in your system. Track tasks with Approvals, and assign authorizing roles to users or groups. Customize data changes with State Flows, and create system work triggers based on those transitions.
