# Activate the Article Optimization skill

Activate the Knowledge Center Article Optimization skill to enable article optimization features for generating knowledge articles in the Knowledge Center.

## Before you begin

Role required: admin

## Procedure

1.  Navigate to **All** > **AI Admin** > **AI Skills**.

2.  Select the list view and locate your skill in the location specified during setup \(Platform > Knowledge > Skill Name\).

3.  Select **Activate Skill** on the skill card.


## Result

The Article Optimization skill is activated.
